CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of July 16, 1991 <br />TO: Fellow Council Members <br />FROM: Mayor Frank Gonzales <br />SUBJECT: � Date: 7/12/91 <br />Recovery Of Sales Tax Passed Through <br />To The Redevelopment Agency <br />As the Council is aware, we are involved in three agreements to pass <br />through a portion of our sales tax to the Redevelopment Agency. I have <br />been informed that such agreements may be considered loans from the City <br />to the Agency, and may be repaid to the City at some future date. <br />I would suggest that we authorize staff to pursue this issue, to draft <br />the required documents, and to return to both the Council and the Agency <br />Board with a process whereby current and future sales tax pass through <br />money may be returned to the City. <br />Attachments: <br />Page t of----- Item No._w <br />�;LNI'RAL FIECOR <br />FILE NO, ..����_.�.............� � <br />
