Sotelo, City <br />Manager. <br />(2) Provide for Continuity of City Manager's Office. <br />(3) CLOSED SESSION - Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54957, and Litigation, pursuant <br />to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1). <br />DRAT.
