Aguilera, Director of Community Development/ G <br />SUBJECT: Budget Transfer for the Previously Approved Circulation Element of the <br />General Plan <br />BACKGROUND: E <br />The City Council approved the consulting firm of Mole, Grover and Associates to update <br />our City's Circulation Element of the General Plan at a cost of $60,000. A portion of that N <br />cost was budgeted from traffic fees with the understanding that the remainder would also <br />be budgeted from traffic fees when the project had progressed to the point of requiring <br />said funds and when traffic fees were available. <br />Staff is therefore requesting that an additional amount of $18,000 be transferred from the <br />Traffic Mitigation fees account to the Community Development Professional Services <br />account in order to continue with the project.
