Aguilera, Director of Community Developmeno/ G <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance and Resolution Setting Certain Fees for Planning Department <br />Services. <br />BACKGROUND: E <br />Staff is requesting that City Council consider the attached Ordinance, setting fee types for <br />certain Planning Department services. Attached also is a copy of the Resolution to adopt N <br />said fees. This Resolution will be on the City Council agenda of June 4, 1991, in concert <br />with the second reading of the attached Ordinance. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: D <br />The proposed expansion of fees are a result of staff's review of the current fee schedule, <br />and it's lack of provision for all actual serrvices provided, as well as the increased overhead <br />costs to provide all Planning Department services.
