Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />l <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Missing Link Sidewalk Project Date: October 15, 1991 <br />#90-1 as 100% Complete and Authorize the <br />Filinq of the Notice of Completion — <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On July 2, 1991 Council approved the FY90-91 Missing Link Sidewalk contract to <br />Sonora Construction. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />All contract work has been successfully completed and the contractor is requesting <br />notice of final completion to be recorded. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None, this project was funded by FAU. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff reconrrnends that Council accept the project as 100% complete and authorize <br />the Director of Public Works to file the Notice of Completion. <br />/lj <br />CITY MNNAGER'S APPROVAL: <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Page 1 of <br />Item No. <br />....................:...haw <br />
