JOHNSON <br />Personnel Director <br />SUBJECT: ADOPT JOB DESCRIPTION AND APPROVE SALARY RANGE FOR YOUTH <br />INTERVENTION COUNSELOR <br />BACKGROUND <br />The position of Youth Intervention Counselor was increased from regular part-time to full-time in the fiscal <br />year 1992-93 budget. The salary as a part-time position is $13.68 per hour. The "A" step of the salary range <br />is equivalent to $13.74 per hour. Ken Herron concurs with this recommendation. Mike Lynd, the SBPEA <br />employee representative, has been provided with a copy of the proposed job description and salary range. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Adopt the attached job descriptio and prove the resolution establishing the salary for Youth Intervention <br />Counselor. <br />Concur <br />City Manager <br />WP2: AGNYIP.
