JOHNSON <br />�� <br />Personnel Director <br />SUBJECT: ECONOMIC/REDEVELOPMENT PROTECT MANAGER - SALARY ADJUSTMENT <br />On February 4, 1992, the Redevelopment Agency approved the addition of two Economic/Redevelopment <br />Project Manager position to the Redevelopment Agency budget. The salary range was set at $3470- <br />$4218/month. <br />Recently, Mark Lewis, David Zamora and I met with the recruiter who is handling the recruitment for these <br />positions and have determined that in order to attract and retain the quality of candidates that will help to insure <br />the success of these positions, the salary range needs to be adjusted. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />I recommend that the salary range for Economic/Redevelopment Project Manager be set at $3933-$4783 per <br />month. <br />Concur <br />City Manager <br />C:\REDPRMGR <br />
