Hutton, <br />Director <br />of Public Worksate: 10/13/92 <br />SUBJECT: <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />AND FINAL <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP 14070 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The tentative map for Parcel map 14070 is a form parcel split. The <br />project is located at the North West corner of Mt. Vernon Avenue <br />and Washington Avenue in the Cooley Ranch. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The owner of the parcels, Camden Development, LTD, is requesting <br />final acceptance of the map. The map has been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer and meets the requirements of the City. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENT IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve Parcel Map 14070 conditioned <br />upon the results of the Public Hearing, upon conclusioin or Public <br />Hearing if Council finds 'ns fient protests. <br />Concurrenc z <br />D1: FINAL 4tn7V <br />
