JOHNSON <br />Personnel Director <br />SUBJECT: AUTHORIZED POSITIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 <br />BACKGROUND <br />y Council authorized a number of full-time and regular part-time positions in the 1993-94 budget. Staff has <br />prepared the position control resolution that clearly documents the total authorized positions by department and <br />division. <br />'The position control resolution is generally updated twice a year. When the City Council approves a new <br />position between,the updates, such a change shall constitute a revision to the City's Position Control Resolution. <br />All revisions will be reflected in the next update. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the attached Resolution Authorizing Regular and Special Positions. <br />Concur <br />ty a ger <br />Attachment <br />B 11: AGENPOS <br />
