Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Date <br />Acceptance of Phase I of the Sewer Line Rehabilitation <br />Project as 100% Complete & Authorize the Filing of the <br />Nonce of Completion <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council award a two year contract on September 21, 1993 to Insituform <br />Southwest for the rehabilitation of sewer lines. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />All work in Phase I of the contract has been completed per the specifications, and <br />the contractor is requesting that the notice of completion be filed. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council accept the Sewer Line Rehabilitation Project, Phase <br />I as 100% complete and authorize the filing of the notice of completion. <br />LJ /I j <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENC <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of---- /,3 <br />Item No._ <br />
