CITY OF COLTON <br />oorvort a <br />AGENDA REPORT �---'• <br />1887 <br />For Council Meeting of March 15, 1994 l f °ice <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATE: March 8, 1994 <br />FROM: JOHN HUTTON <br />Public Works Directoot <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR STREET DEDICATION RIALTO UNIFIED <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT GARCIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE) <br />BACKGROUND <br />As a condition of development, a public road has been required on the south <br />side of Randall Avenue at the common property line of Garcia Elementary <br />School and Tract 14391 (John Reichel Project). <br />The Rialto Unified School District is dedicating the westerly half of this <br />referenced road, while the easterly half will be dedicated by Tract 14391. <br />SUMMARY <br />As a requirement of the plan check review process, the applicant has <br />submitted the required street dedication for the westerly half of the street. <br />This document has been reviewed by the City Engineer and meets all the <br />requirements - see attachment "A" for a copy of the document. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept this street dedication and <br />authorize the City Clerk to execute the recording of the document. <br />City Manager's Concurrence <br />Report prepared by James King <br />B:STDEDI <br />
