David Zamora, Community Development Director has requested that <br />Council extend the provisional appointment of Thomas Pacheco, Code Enforcement Officer for six months until <br />the recruitment process for this position is completed. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT• <br />This position is funded in the FY 94/95 Budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />It is staff's recommendation that the City Council approve an extension of the provisional appointment for <br />Thomas Pacheco, Code Enforcement Officer for up to six months. <br />Concur: <br />City M a 'r <br />c:agenda:Nov15 <br />Item No. 10 <br />
