DELGADO, being first duly sworn, deposes and <br />says: <br />That I am the duly chosen, qualified Interim City <br />Clerk, that the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, held November 5, 1996, was declared adjourned to the <br />time and place specified in the Order of Adjournment which is <br />attached hereto. <br />That on November 6, 1996 at the hour of 10:00 A. M., I <br />posted a copy of Order of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on <br />or near the door of the place at which said Regular Council <br />Meeting of November 5, 1996 was properly first noticed and the <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting for November 12, 1996 was called. <br />TERESA S.
