Cit� of Colton - CV 96-2973 <br />City of Colton v Club 215 <br />NAHB v. Babbitt <br />(C) The City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(b) to Confer with Legal Counsel regarding Three Matters of Potential Exposure to <br />Litigation. <br />(D) The City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />regarding the Following Personnel Matter: Performance Evaluation: City Attorney <br />OPEN FORUM TO COMMENCE AT 7:30 P.
