213 <br />City Attorney Edwards presented Ordinance No. 0-9-86 for Second Reading, <br />reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-9-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON PROVIDING PERMITS FOR MOVEMENT OF OVER- <br />SIZED LOADS AND AMENDING SECTION 15.28.050 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION ONE OF ORDI- <br />NANCE NO. 1665. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-9-86. Unanimous vote. <br />Claims <br />City Attorney Edwards requested Council action on the Claim of Manual <br />Bernal versus the City of Colton, advising that our Insurance Admini- <br />strators recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to deny <br />Claim of Manual Bernal versus the City of Colton. Unanimous vote. <br />W.Q.C.P. <br />City Attorney Edwards requested Council approval for Staff to obtain <br />LD engineering proposals for design and study of conversion to tertiary <br />❑ treatment of our Water Quality Control Plant, in order to comply with <br />Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board regulations. <br />Q Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, authorizing and <br />approving Staff to request engineering proposals for design and study <br />of conversion to tertiary treatment of City's Water Quality Control <br />Plant.
