Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. City Manager Benest stated that for all those present who are interested in the Rent Stabilization matter, this item will be discussed by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 13, 1989, and then will be brought before the City Council on Tuesday, June 20, 1989, for First Reading of the Ordinance. Mr. Benest also advised that Item No. 189 under the Community Development Director's Reports and Recommendations, regarding an Appeal of File In- dex No. D-82-88, of Mr. Jay Harvey, Courtyard Shopping Center, has been withdrawn by the applicant.
