ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 259 1990 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 4:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Young, City Attorney <br />Edwards and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:33 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. The <br />Council reconvened at 5:25 p. m., all Members present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-32-90 <br />City Attorney Edwards read in full, Resolution No. R-32-90, Appointing <br />Edmund Sotelo as Colton City Manager. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to <br />approve Resolution No. R-32-90 as read. Unanimous vote. <br />Discussion followed on the Employment Contract for Edmund Sotello. <br />It was the concensus of the City Council that the contract be <br />placed on May 1, 1990 City Council Agenda. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this <br />time, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
