PUBLIC HEARINGS: (1) TIME AND PLACE FIXED FOR JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON ON THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR A 125,000 SQUARE FOOT WAL-MART STORE AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS. Chairperson Cisneros asks for Redevelopment Agency Roll Call. City Clerk/Agency Secretary Ramos announces pursuant to the appropriate sections of the California Community Redevelopment Law, notice has been duly given that the City Council of the City of Colton and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton have authorized a Joint Public Hearing to consider the approval of a Redevelopment Disposition and Development Agree- ment with Gatlin/Berger Developments, Inc. Notice of the Joint Public Hearing was published in The Sun, a newspaper of general circulation, on April 24, 1990, and May 1, 1990. Mayor Gonzales declares the City Council Public Hearing open.
