CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION — REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 5, 2008 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:04 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, CM Suchil (arrived at 5:10 p.m.), Oliva, Yzaguirre, De La Rosa, <br />Toro (arrived at 5:20 p.m.), Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell and Mayor Chastain (arrived at 5:20 <br />P.M.) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through H, correcting Item G to read 54956.9 (c) instead of 54956.9 (b). CM Oliva <br />would be recusing from Item D due to her relationship with the Railroad, and City Attorney <br />Derleth would recuse from Item F and G due to existing legal representation with the City of <br />Rialto and lack of conflict waiver. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
