The Board of Treatees of the City of Colton do Ordain as folloP,# Section I That the following; described portions of streets and alleys are he rob, closed and 1racated, town; Beginning at the northwest corner of Mt. Ver- non avenue and Colton avenue, in the City of Colton, thence from said point of beginning southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Colton avenue to the easterly line of Tenth street in said city; thence southerly along the southerly prolongation of said easterly line of Tenth street to the point of intersec- t;r:n of said prolonged line with a line parallel to and forty feet southeasterly from (measured at right angles) the northwesterly line of said Colton avenue; thence northeasterly along said line parallel to and forty feet southeasterly from the northwesterly line of Vnitnn Av.--, to the snutherly nrolnneation of the westerly line of said Mt. Vernon avenue; thence rnortherly along the said prolonged westerly line of Mt. Vernon Ave. to the point of beginning. Except- ing therefrom any portion of Colton Ave. included within the lines of "C" St., "E" St., "F" St., and ` Eleventh Street in said City. Also all the alleys in Blocks Twenty-three (23), Twenty-five (25), Forty (40), Forty-one (41) and Forty-five (45) of the Colton Addition to the Town of Colton, as per plat of record in Book Six of Maps, at Page Ten, records of San Bernardino county, also the alleys in Block sixty-seven (67) of the town of Colton, as per plat of record in Book Nine of Maps, Page 37, Records of said County.
