(a) Wherever the ordinance o: resolutions of Colton refer <br />to the Board of Trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the City <br />Council. <br />(b) Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Colton <br />refer to the Marshal, the reference shall be construed to be to the Chief of <br />Police. <br />SECTION 2.
