There is hereby added to The Uniform Fire Code 1973 <br />Edition as adopted by Section 15.16.010 of the Colton Municipal Code and <br />Ordinance No. 1448 the following subsection (f) to Section 10.103 Exit <br />Obstruction. <br />(f) Outside Obstruction Prohibited. No person shall park or place <br />any object, material or vehicle in any established exit way, driveway, gate- <br />way or alleyway, which would hamper the egress of building occupants or the <br />ingress of Fire Department apparatus in the event of fire, in or about any <br />church, assembly hall, lodge hall, school, hotel, apartment, theater, stadium, <br />structure, tent or public building. When in the opinion of the Chief, any <br />exit way, driveway, gateway or alleyway is so obstructed by any object, <br />material or vehicle that it might delay or impede -the egress or ingress of <br />occupants or Fire Department apparatus respectively, then such object, material, <br />or vehicle shall be immediately removed upon order of the Chief. When such <br />obstruction is a vehicle, it shall be immediately removed by the owner or it <br />may be impounded or removed as provided by law. <br />SECTION 2.
