The five organizations that originally requested and petitioned that the <br />City adopt this ordinance shall be issued licenses if they apply therefore to <br />the City Finance Director. Such application shall be considered to be made in <br />time if made prior to 5:00 p.m. on May 21, 1976. If any of said five organiza- <br />tions do not apply by May 21, 1976 at 5:00 p.m., then other applications may be <br />received between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 24, 1976. The license <br />for such applicants, if more than the number of available licenses, shall be <br />awarded as determined by lot. <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be published and become <br />effective as provided by law. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this ' .day of May, 1976. <br />J"� <br />9a" <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
