I <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-07 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 12.24.130 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO HOURS OF OPERATION OF PUBLIC <br />PARKS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Section 12.24.130 of Chapter 12.24 of Title 12 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and restated to read as follows: <br />12.24.130 Curfew. <br />No person shall remain, stay or loiter on or about any such park between the hours of ten <br />o'clock p.m. and six o'clock a.m. of the following day provided that this section shall not <br />apply to attendance at authorized community activities in the park. Any park, recreation <br />center or part or portion thereof may be closed to the public during an emergency, or when <br />it has been determined by the director, or police officer that the public health, safety or <br />morals require such action. Such park, recreation center or part or portion thereof shall not <br />be reopened except by order of the city council, city manager, director, or police officer. <br />SECTION 2: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) <br />days after its passage. <br />SECTION 3: Certification. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance <br />and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 2007. <br />KELLY J.
