R-110-08 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2009 was approved and adopted on June 17, 2008; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />of the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities <br />may be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2008/2009 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Appropriations in the Fire Department Account <br />Number 100-6090-6094-2301 in the amount of $7,926.00. Estimated Revenues in <br />Account Number 225-5879 will be increased in the amount of $7,926.00. <br />SECTION 2.
