R-141-08 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing <br />July 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2009 was approved and adopted on June 16, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and <br />Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBYRESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2008-09 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, adjusting various accounts in the Community Facility District Funds Accounts. These changes <br />are needed to cover the cost of contract extension of the CFD Administrator.
