R-18-08 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ACCEPTING THE COUNTY OF SAN <br />BERNARDINO, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, <br />NUTRITION PROGRAM GRANT AND AMENDING THE <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2007 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2008 <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino has approved a grant through the Department of <br />Public Health, Nutrition Program in the amount of $2,366.34 for the Recreation Division, Mission - <br />Nutrition Program, and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2007 <br />and ending June 30, 2008 was approved and adopted, and; <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be made <br />by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval and <br />resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The County of San Bernardino grant for the City of Colton, Mission - <br />Nutrition Program is hereby accepted. <br />SECTION 2: The approved budget for fiscal year 2007/2008 is hereby amended, <br />increasing revenue account 225-5880 and increasing expenditure account 225-6200-6202-2301 by the <br />grant amount of $2366.34. <br />SECTION 3: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of February, 2008. <br />ATTES <br />CAROLINA R.
