R-90-08 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2009. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2008, and ending June 30, 2009, was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2008/2009 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 225-6070-6084- <br />2301, and increase the Revenue Account Number 225-5890-001 for the amount of $10,056.00. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July, 2008. <br />KELLY J( STAIN, Mayor <br />1 ATTEST: <br />AIM C Opk <br />CAROLINA R.
