R-73-09 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING COMPENSATION RATES FOR FULL TIME CLASSIFICATIONS <br />AND AMENDING RESOLUTION R-47-07. <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 2009, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />authorized the creation of the full-time position of Deputy City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to establish the compensation rates <br />for the full-time position of Deputy City Manager. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />SECTION 1: Resolution No. R-47-07, establishing a full-time Pay and <br />Classification Plan for the City of Colton, is hereby amended to add the following new <br />position and salary: <br />SALARY <br />CLASSIFICATION RANGE A B C D E <br />Deputy City Manager --- --- --- --- 13875 <br />SECTION 2: The City Council directs staff to make all necessary changes in <br />the City's financial and accounting procedures to implement this action. <br />SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
