R-05-18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DELEGATING TO THE CITY TREASURER THE AUTHORITY TO INVEST AND <br />REINVEST FUNDS FOR THE CITY AND TO SELL OR EXCHANGE SECURITIES. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 53607, authority to invest and reinvest <br />funds of the City and to sell or exchange securities so purchased is delegated by the City <br />Council to the City Treasurer, or in the Treasurer's absence the Finance Director or in the <br />absence of the Finance Director the Finance Manager. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16`h day of January, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina R.
