R-59-18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2017-18 TO INCREASE THE EXPEDNITURE <br />BUDGET FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS, STREETS <br />DIVISION BY $49,400, FOR MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE <br />DISPOSAL FEES <br />WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2017-18 has been approved by City Council, and <br />must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Public Works, Streets Division, <br />Professional Services line item for costs associated with municipal solid waste disposal; and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the General Fund reserve balance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />resolve the following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2017-18 budget <br />appropriation as follows: <br />Increase expenditure account number 100-6150-6160-2350-0000-000 by $49,400 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2018 <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
