R-29-17 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />AMEND THE FY 2016/2017 BUDGET TO INCREASE THE FEDERAL ASSET <br />SEIZURE BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017 was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities maybe <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California, as follows: <br />Section 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2016/2017 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, appropriating funds in the amount of $1,683 to account number 261- <br />6070-6083-4930-0000-000. <br />Section 2.
