R-55-17 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2017 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2018 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />Colton Police Dispatchers Association (LPDA) and agreed to two lump sum bonus payments in <br />the of amount of 2% each bonus and an increase in uniform allowance of $60 each year; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 6, 2017, the City of Colton adopted a budget for the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducts regular reviews of their budgets as it is fiscally prudent to <br />do so; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the agreed Memorandum of Understanding with the LPDA, the <br />City desires to amend the budget in the amount of $24,900; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br />DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Amend the Fiscal Year 2017/18 budget to increase appropriations in the <br />amount of $24,900 in Police Department Account Number 100-6070-6071-1010. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18"' day of July, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
