R-48-16 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />REGARDING ADOPTION OF POLICE DEPARTMENT FEE INCREASES <br />WHEREAS, Police Department business fees were last reviewed in 2013 and increases <br />are warranted with regard to animal -related fees, and <br />WHEREAS, increases to Police Department parking fines for California Vehicle Code <br />violations are warranted, and <br />WHEREAS, increases to Police Department parking fines for City of Colton Municipal <br />Code violations are warranted, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DECLARED, DETERMINED AND <br />ORDERED by the City Council of the City of Colton, California, as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Business Fees. <br />Animal -related business fees are increased as described in attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. California Vehicle Code Parking Fines. <br />California Vehicle Code Parking Fines are increased as described in attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 3. City of Colton Municipal Code Parking Fines. <br />City of Colton Municipal Code Parking Fines are increased as described in attached <br />Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7 h day of June, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina R.
