I RESOLUTION NO. R-11-15 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />3 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR THE HOUSING RELATED PARKS <br />4 PROGRAM GRANT <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Housing and Community <br />7 Development (Department) issued a Notice of Funding Availability dated October 2, 2013 <br />(NOFA), under its Housing -Related Parks (HRP) Program, and; <br />s <br />9 WHEREAS, on January 21, 2014, the City Council approved Resolution R-09-14, <br />10 authorizing the application by the City of Colton (applicant) for an HRP Program Grant and <br />II submittal of the 2013 Designated Program Year Application Package released by the <br />12 Department for the HRP Program, and; <br />13 <br />14 WHEREAS, the Department is authorized to approve funding allocations for the HRP <br />15 Program, subject to the terms and conditions of the NOFA, Program Guidelines, Application <br />16 Package, and Standard Agreement, and; <br />17 <br />WHEREAS, the Department awarded the Applicant an HRP Program Grant in the <br />18 amount of $214,050.00. <br />19 <br />20 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />21 follows: <br />22 <br />23 Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, <br />24 adopted as findings, and incorporated into this resolution. <br />25 <br />Section 2: The City of Colton is hereby authorized and directed to enter into, <br />26 <br />execute, and deliver a State of California Standard Agreement (Standard Agreement), for an <br />27 <br />HRP Program <br />28 Grant in the amount of $214,050.00, and any and all other documents required or deemed <br />Resolution R -I1-15 <br />Page 1 <br />
