I RESOLUTION NO. R-51-15 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING THE MAINTENANCE <br />3 AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE WITH SIEMENS <br />INDUSTRY INC. FOR FY 2014/2015 IN THE AMOUNT OF $74,069.48 AND SETTING <br />4 UP A NEW GAS TAX ACCOUNT. <br />5 WHEREAS, Expenditure authority is governed by California Constitution Article XIX <br />6 and Streets and Highways Code Section 2101. They describe the allowable uses of gas tax <br />7 <br />funds for public streets and highways, public mass transit guide ways, and their related public <br />8 <br />9 facilities. <br />10 WHEREAS, The Funding will be utilized to support the City's goal to improve the <br />I I City's infrastructure and traffic safety and operation by providing adequate traffic signal <br />12 <br />maintenance and emergency traffic signal services Citywide; by amending the Maintenance <br />13 <br />Agreement for Traffic Signal Maintenance with Siemens Industry Inc. for FY 2014/2015 in the <br />14 <br />15 amount of $74,069.48. <br />16 NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />17 <br />1. Create a Traffic Impact account, 210-6150-6160-2460 <br />18 <br />2.
