R-85-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 GAS ACCOUNT FOR THE TRAFFIC <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department, Engineering Division desires to amend <br />the Professional Services Agreement for Minagar and Associates for the Traffic Engineering <br />Services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's Traffic <br />Circulation, safety and infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved Professional Service, not listed in <br />the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City <br />Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $50,000, and an <br />adjustment to the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 budget as follows: <br />• Increase Gas Tax Expenditure Account 210-6150-6160-160-2350 in the amount <br />of $50,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7'" DAY OF JULY, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
