1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4'' <br />51 <br />6 <br />71 <br />8' <br />9i1 <br />101 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />271 <br />281 <br />I �7 DC.YI]�ly [IIV ;113a:931i <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />APPROVING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER SERVICES AND THE STORM <br />WATER MANAGEMENT USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 AS PROVIDED <br />FOR IN CHAPTER 14.01 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City <br />Council to establish a Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and a Storm Water Management User <br />Fee in accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee for Storm <br />Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, the <br />City Council has established the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water <br />Management User Fee by Resolution R-89-96; and <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Storm Water Management Fee <br />remain unchanged and San Bernardino County land use codes now apply. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 The Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management <br />User Fee authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be based <br />upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Storm Water runoff as set forth <br />in the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A". <br />system. <br />SECTION 2 These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax assessors <br />SECTION 3 The fees set forth on Exhibit "A" are hereby imposed on all properties <br />within the City. <br />
