R-99-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT (CDBG) PROJECT NO. 104-40305-5266 — ALLEY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's traffic <br />safety and infrastructure; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) funding through the County of San Bernardino — Department of Community <br />Development and Housing (CDH) ; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received approval from the County CDH to <br />appropriate unallocated CDBG funding in the amount of $17,834.32 to complete the CDBG <br />Project No. 104-40305-5266/Alley Project ;and, <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation not listed in the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year budget is <br />required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $17,834.32 and an <br />adjustment to the Fiscal Year -2016 budget as follows: <br />• Increase Expenditure Account 215-1503-6920-3890 in the amount of $17,834.32. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18h day of August, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
