I RESOLUTION NO. R-101-15 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON 3 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. N-90 TO THE ADMINISTERING 4 AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 003015 FOR THE CITYWIDE ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN 5 6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to improve the traffic and 7 pedestrian safety within the City jurisdiction; and 8 WHEREAS, the City of Colton has received an Active Transportation Program (ATP) 9 Funding for the preparation of the Citywide Active Transportation Plan; and 10 II WHEREAS, the City of Colton has received authorization from Caltrans to proceed 12 with the preparation of the Citywide Active Transportation Plan; and 13 WHEREAS, the State requires that the Program Supplement Agreement No. N-90 to 14 Administering Agency -State Master Agreement No. 00301 S be fully executed by the City and 15 the State before any invoices for reimbursement can be processed; and 16 17 WHEREAS, the State requires that the City adopt and attach a resolution identifying 18 the project and the official authorized to execute the Program Supplement Agreement No. N- 19 90 to the Administering Agency -State Master Agreement No. 00301 S. 20 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Colton does 21 hereby authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Program Supplement Agreement No. N-90 to the Administering Agency -State Master Agreement No. 00301 S and 22 any future amendments for the Citywide Active Transportation Plan. 23 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September 2015. 24 25 Y tic %ichard A.
