I RESOLUTION NO. R-102-15 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, TO CREATE AND APPROPRIATE <br />3 $265,000.00 INTO NEW ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN (ATP) ACCOUNT FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016. <br />4 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton allocated State funding for a new Active <br />5 <br />6 Transportation Plan (ATP) per the Supplement Agreement No. N90 Rev. 000 to Administering <br />7 Agency -State Master Agreement No. 00301 S; and <br />8 WHEREAS, The Funding for the project will be administered in accordance with the <br />9 applicable CTC STIP guidelines and the Active Transportation Program guidelines as adopted <br />10 <br />or amended, the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), the Local Assistance Program <br />II <br />12 Guidelines (LAPG); and <br />13 WHEREAS, The funds allocated for the environmental & permits (E&P), plan <br />14 specifications & estimate (PS&E), and right-of-way components are available for expenditure <br />15 until the end of the second fiscal year following the year in which the funds were allocated; <br />16 <br />and <br />17 <br />18 WHEREAS, The City of Colton will be completely reimbursed for the <br />19 design/environmental assessment phase of the project, with the Caltrans Active Transportation <br />20 Plan (ATP) providing 100% of the funding and not requiring any local match. <br />21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />22 <br />OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />23 <br />24 • Create new expenditure account number 225-1604-6150-3890 and increase by <br />25 $265,000. <br />26 //// <br />27 <br />28 <br />
