R-99-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2014/2015 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET <br />TO APPROPRIATE $650,000 FROM MEASURE I. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, On September 16, 2014, the City Council adopted Resolution R-92-14 <br />amending the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 Measure I Five -Year Capital Improvement Plan and <br />Expenditure strategy plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2014-2015 <br />Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recital preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $650,000 as an adjustment to <br />the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 budget as follows: <br />• Increase expenditure account 450-1512-6970-3890 in the amount of $650,000. <br />(Mt. Vernon Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal Improvement) <br />• Increase expenditure account 218-1000-1000-5993-0004-450 in the amount of <br />$650,000. <br />• Increase revenue account 450-5993-218 in the amount of $650,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of October, 2014. <br />6' <br />SA H S.
