1 RESOLUTION NO. R-38-13 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, APPROVING <br />3 REDIRECTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011/2012 CDBG FUNDS BY $15,488.69 TO <br />INCLUDE INCREASING THE BUDGET FOR CDBG #104-37305-3654 "C" STREET <br />4 LANDSCAPING PROJECT AND DECREASING THE BUDGET FOR CDBG #104- <br />37105/3625 MT. VERNON AVE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT AND <br />5 CDBG UN -PROGRAMMED FUNDS <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />7 <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development <br />8 <br />9 Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />10 WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton will receive allocation of <br />11 Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 2011/2012; and, <br />12 WHEREAS, the City has informed the San Bernardino County Department of <br />13 <br />Community Development and Housing that they are transferring available funds from one <br />14 <br />15 existing project to existing CDBG #104-37305-3654 CDBG C Street Landscaping Project in <br />16 Fiscal Year 2011/2012; and, <br />17 WHEREAS, the City has identified several projects it requests the budget to be <br />18 decreased and funding be redirected. <br />19 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />20 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />21 • CDBG #104-37105/3625 Mt. Vernon Ave Pavement Rehabilitation Project. <br />22 o Decrease expenditure account 215-1201-6920-3890 by $17,109.18 <br />23 • CDBG #104-37305/3654 "C" Street Landscaping Projects. <br />24 o Increase expenditure account 215-1205-6920-3890 in the amount of <br />$17,109.18 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />2811 //// <br />
