R-91-13 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING AN ALLOCATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,510.33 FROM THE <br />INLAND COUNTIES EMERGENCY MEDICAL AGENCY FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC PATIENT CARE REPORTING HARDWARE, <br />AND AMENDING THE 2013-2014 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2013 and ending June 30, 2014 was approved by the City Council and adopted by Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year <br />budget, increasing the Revenue Estimate in Account Number 225-5879 in the amount of <br />$2,510.33, and an increase of appropriations in Fire Department Account Number 225-6090- <br />6091-2301 in the amount of $2,510.33. <br />SECTION 2.
