RESOLUTION NO. R-62-11 1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, 2 CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER SERVICES 3 AND THE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011/2012 AS PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 14.01 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL 4 CODE. 5 WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City 6 Council to establish a Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and a Storm Water Management 7 User Fee in accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and 8 WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee for Storm 9 Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, 10 the City Council has established the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee by Resolution R-89-96; and 11 WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Storm Water Management 12 Fee remain unchanged and San Bernardino County land use codes now apply. 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO 14 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: i 15 SECTION 1 The Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code 16 shall be based upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Strom Water 17 runoff as set forth in the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit A. 18 SECTION 2 These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax 19 assessors system. 20 SECTION 3 The fees set forth on Exhibit A are hereby imposed on all properties 21 within the City.
