CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY/ COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES October 29, 2011 A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority and Colton Housing Authority of the City of Colton was held on Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, in the Gonzales Center Gymnasium, Room #2, located at 670 Colton Avenue, Colton, CA 92324, with Mayor Sarah S. Zamora presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on October 27, 2011, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. Mayor Sarah Zamora called the meeting to order at 9:09 a.m. Commissioner Gary Mitchell gave the invocation and MPT Bennett led the flag salute. City Clerk Gomez took roll with the following members present and absent: CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Council Members Present Sarah S. Zamora, Mayor David J. Toro Frank A.
