l III <br />I� <br />2 �. <br />3' <br />4I <br />it I <br />5 <br />6�� <br />7 <br />I� <br />8 <br />�I <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 I <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 (' <br />19 <br />20 <br />i <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />i <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 ! <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />.i <br />32 <br />30 �I31 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1313 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION <br />OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DES- <br />IGNATED "EAST COLTON ANNEXATION NO. 27" <br />TO THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON: <br />WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November 1967, the <br />Council of the City of Colton did pass and adopt Resolution <br />No. 2832, giving notice of the proposal to annex certain un- <br />inhabited territory to the City of Colton, said territory <br />being therein designated as "East Colton Annexation No. 27" <br />said Resolution describing the boundaries of the territory <br />proposed to be annexed; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 2832 did contain <br />the notice of the day, hour and place when and where the <br />Council of the City would hear protests made by any person <br />owning real property within the territory proposed to be <br />annexed, the time of said hearing being not less than forty <br />nor more than sixty days from the date of passage of said <br />Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of January, 1968, at the <br />hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center <br />located at 650 North Eighth Street in the City of Colton, <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California, said time and <br />place being the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution <br />No. 2832 for hearing protests to said annexation, the said <br />City Council did hear and pass on all protests made to the <br />did determine that protests had not <br />proposed annexation and <br />been made by the owners of one-half of the value of the <br />
