Young, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF A RESOL' ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF CERTIFICATES OF <br />PARTICIPATION AND A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO THE SAME <br />MATTER <br />Date: February 1, 1994 <br />Discussion <br />The attached documents pertain to the financing of the Colton Community Center through the <br />issuance: of Certificates of Participation (COPs).
