PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b) <br />Title: City Attorney <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) <br />One (1) potential case <br />D. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Unrepresented Employee: City Manager <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:07 p.m. and at 6:06 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed Items A, B, <br />and C with direction to staff and no reportable action.
