CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />August 4, 2014 <br />The Special Meeting of the Colton City Council was held on the above -given date and was called to order at <br />5:31 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Sarah S. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) <br />Title: City Manager <br />Mayor Sarah Zamora announced that although this item was originally noticed as a closed session, per Mr. <br />Compton's request, the information that will be provided by Kathy Gandara, the investigator hired to review <br />certain aspects of Mr. Compton's performance, be conducted in open session. <br />Mayor Sarah Zamora recessed into Closed Session at 5:54 p.m. At 6:42 p.m. Marco Martinez read out of Closed <br />Session with no reportable action. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion and second to adjourn by CM Bennett/CM Navarro. At 6:43 p.m., Mayor Zamora adjourned the Special <br />Meeting. <br />
